Interesting premise, however I don’t think I’ll be playing that game. This guy does have some good questions and some good points. However for the most part, listening to the crowd gets you run over.
You know, mania’s and all that. As soon as the crowd comes to the conclusion that idea X is good, that’s the time to get out. Back in the late 90’s, everyone got to play the stock market. And just as it got saturated a nice and nasty bear market came and clobbered all the new players. The investment idea now is real estate. Now is the best time to get OUT. Everyone else wants in, time to move on. After all, no one likes being the one holding the bag. And that’s pretty much what it means when you listen to crowds.
