If you are terminally stupid, which the MPAA is, you hire a company to “catch” people downloading copyrighted files and keep the information for when you file a lawsuit. The reason the MPAA is terminally stupid is that their contractor committed copyright infringement itself, by illegally offering downloads of copyrighted material.
