I was greatly amused by Ralph Nader involved in yet another lawsuit.

The lawsuit also alleges that the Democratic National Committee conspired to force Nader off the ballot in several states.

“The Democratic Party is going after anyone who presents a credible challenge to their monopoly over their perceived voters,” Nader said in a statement. “This lawsuit was filed to help advance a free and open electoral process for all candidates and voters. Candidate rights and voter rights nourish each other for more voices, choices, and a more open and competitive democracy.”

Of course Ralph is only doing this now because it’s election time and obviously his ego is hurt. The run Ralph run chants have been overshadowed by the draft Gore campaign and Ralph obviously wants his time in the sun.

Regardless, I know there’s been a lot of electrons killed with stories about how the republicans are rigging elections. If you’ve ever done any work in elections, you know that both parties engage in questionable tactics if not outright fraud. Both parties do it and they do it to keep in power.

Let me say that again. Both the republican and the democratic parties do their best to legally and illegally rig things so they keep power. It is the reason why I believe all incumbents should get booted out of office. They stay in power to enrich themselves on the backs of every non-politician.
