So there is yet another story that a major media property got wrong.

A Los Angeles Times story about a brutal 1994 attack on rap superstar Tupac Shakur was partially based on documents that appear to have been fabricated, the reporter and editor responsible for the story said Wednesday.

So the big canard that the major media swings about regarding blogs is that there are no editors. And there have been story after story after story, that a major newspaper or tv station faked the story.

And the media have no idea why people turn away from it?
